Begin Your Return

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for orders placed at olukai.eu. In the EU, we currently offer refunds only, not exchanges.

Items need to be new, unused, and returned with original packaging, tags, and the packing slip. If they don't meet these conditions, we may decline the return after inspection.

How to start your return

Visit our returns portal to submit your request. We'll automatically email you a prepaid shipping label: just print it, attach it, and drop your package at your nearest carrier location.

Return shipping

Orders of €130 or more return at no additional cost. Orders under €130 include a €9.50 handling fee, deducted from your refund.

Refunds

• We process returns within 3-5 business days of receiving your items.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method.
• Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please allow another 2-3 business days for the credit to appear once we've processed it.
